The Texas Educator Housing Affordability Fund
Are you a teacher or an education staff professional seeking affordable housing options?
Hays CISD, in partnership with the Texas Educator Housing Affordability Fund (TEHAF), announces an innovative program designed to provide rent assistance for qualified educators.
TEHAF will directly contribute $250 per month towards rent to qualifying participants at The Chloe Kyle.

1. Schedule a virtual or in person tour: Visit Thechloekyle.com and click on schedule an appointment or email thechloeamgr@greystar.com.
2. Choose an apartment: Once you've made your selection, a move-in date will lock in your discount.
​
3. Receive your discount: You will automatically receive $250 discount a month and see a deduction on your first month's rent for the application fee.
​
Educators will continue receiving the deduction as long as they are employed by Hays CISD.
​
There are 3 spots available as of August 2024.
